Waitlist Terms

1. About these terms
These terms apply to the Clownd waitlist at clowndapp.com, operated by CODEIUM, a sole proprietorship registered in Croatia ("we", "us"). By joining the waitlist, you agree to them. The Clownd app will have its own terms when it launches.
2. What the waitlist is
The waitlist is a free way to reserve your spot and hear when Clownd launches. Joining doesn't create an account, cost anything, or oblige you to anything. We can't promise a launch date, and features may change before launch.
3. Who can join
- You must be at least 13, or older where the law in your country requires it (up to 16).
- Use your own email address, and sign up only once.
- The information you give must be true.
4. Invite links and groups
- Each signup gets a personal invite link. Friends who join with your link and confirm their email are added to your group.
- When the app launches, you'll be offered a place in that group. Groups have a maximum size (currently 20). If a group is full, new friends start their own group.
- Your invite page shows how many friends joined, never who.
- Invites and groups have no cash value and don't earn prizes, rewards or priority beyond what's described here.
5. Fair use
Don't:
- sign up with someone else's email or with fake or disposable addresses,
- use bots, scripts or automated tools to sign up, invite or access the site,
- try to fake invites or inflate counts,
- interfere with the site, its security or its bot protection,
- copy or scrape the site.
We may remove signups, invites or groups that break these rules, without notice.
6. Our content
The Clownd name, logo, designs and site content belong to us. Please don't use them without permission. The person shown in our example images ("Mia") is fictional and was created with AI. She isn't a real user, and nothing shown is a real person's result.
7. Leaving the waitlist
You can leave at any time using the "remove me" link in any of our emails, or by emailing hello@clowndapp.com. We can also end the waitlist or remove a signup that breaks these terms.
8. No warranties
The waitlist is provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep it working, but can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that Clownd will launch with any particular feature.
9. Liability
The waitlist is free. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for intent, gross negligence, or death or personal injury, and nothing affects your rights as a consumer.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia. If you're a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that country, and you may bring a claim in the courts where you live.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are important, we'll tell you by email or on this page before they take effect. If you don't agree, you can leave the waitlist at any time.
